Ok so I have been having problems sticking to my diet. I just realised that carbohydrates don't make me full and leave me wanting for more. I already had more success on atkins but I can't put up with the amount of fat they ask you to eat nor the bad breath. So I will just limit my carbohydrate intake to 50 gr within my calorie limit but I will include at least a slice of toast or a fruit like berries. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice? ??
