Did not do well yesterday. In spite of my good intentions the cold and rain defeated my spirit. Weather guy said it was the coldest 17th of August on record!
Sun is trying to come out today and it is much warmer. It is a new day and the beginning of a new week. I will redeem myself.

Hey cheer up, lady! You are losing weight! You are doing great! I am still trying to figure out how to turn myself around so my weight begins to drop again. It's been a struggle. I am taking your earlier advice. K.I.S.S. ;)

It was actually pretty yesterday in the morning, then rained and stayed cloudy. Today we have had cloudy skies and expecting more rain this afternoon. This is the coolest weather I have ever experienced in August since I can remember. This used to be the hottest and most humid time of the year. I really hate humidity... so that part is great.

Hope you've got better weather Buffy. Rainy, dreary weather seems to make everything harder. As for the weekend, well, even football coaches burn tapes sometimes. Just best to refocus and go forward with NO LOOKING BACK!
