Hey FatSecret Fam and Booty Builders! I came up with the June Challenge, and did it for a few days, but was having trouble with some of the arm exercises, as I don't have the best shoulders. I ordered some new resistance bands last week when I decided to get back on track, and over the weekend I came up with 5 different circuits with the bands. I did the first circuit this morning and loved it! It was so fun, quick, and focuses on legs, arms, and abs! Whoever would like to join in is more than welcome! I will be trying out the second circuit tomorrow and so on, and will post those as well if they go as well as today did!


Standing side leg lifts (20x each leg) with bands
Standing kick backs (20x each leg) with bands
Plank (30 sec or longer if you'd like)
30 sec each side)
Russian Twists (100x)
Laying heel touches (100x)
Donkey Kicks (30 each leg) with bands
Clams (25x each side) with bands
Lateral band walks (100x) with bands
Overhead Tricep extensions (15x each arm) with bands
Bicep curls (15 each arm) with bands
Seated rows with bands (20x) with bands

This took me about 18 min to complete with small rest times in between as I set up with the bands each time.

You don't have to do the same amount of reps! If you can do more, go for it! If this is too many for you, do what you can! Just posting what I was up to doing this morning.

If you are not sure what some of these are- you can type the name of the exercise into google images, it will have pictures.

Yes friend 🤗🙌🙌💪💪💪💪💪 I’m in!! When you said Russian Twists and Clams I was like that’s a 💣 meal and drink 🍹😂😂😂😂😂 ok BootyBuilders💪💪💪 I don’t have the right bands for all of these. I did 5 Russian Twists...... died a little and did 5 more 😂😂😂 I did 10 ankle reaches and 10 clams. Those Russian Twists are sooooooo hard!!! I’m going to do this 🙌💜💚

Yes I did 100, counting each tap. Not counting like a left tap, right tap 1. Does that make sense? So 50 each side basically!
