I thinks everyone is different but I think that's very low. I started 74kg with a target of 60kg so similar to your goals. I started with 1700 calories, now at 1600 calories intake. are you taking any sort of exercise, I only do some walking and light abdominal exercises

That does look really low, I wouldn't go under 1200 and I have a lot more to lose.

Thanks lovely people. I can understand your concern. I am doing weight training n treadmill in alternative days. I have started with 600 calories. Now increased it as more light weight training is added in the plan. So it's somewhere below 800 calories now. Its kind of sugar free diet. Which is not 100 percent. At a moment not feeling peckish with this intakr. If needed will increase vegetables and protien source. Really appreciate your suggestions and care.

I just worry that your body will go into starvation mode, especially if you are exercising as well, then it will be more difficult to lose weight.

I m trying to b safe. Let see how it goes. Having vitamin tablet as well. 🤞
