My carer made me fried haloumi with cherry tomatoes for lunch but she used too much oil and that spoilt it a bit. Otherwise, it is a very nice lunch.

I had a bizarre day yesterday. Kept feeling hungry so went over my calories by maybe 1000? It is like nothing would stop this hunger. I had an early dinner of tesco lasagne but the portion was diminutive. (Tesco is lying about the weight of their products. First was the pulled pork, now the lasagne. Can't trust them any more.) Lack of salad was a contributing factor to not feeling full. Then I needed another meal at 8 pm so had toast with butter and Polish sausage-ham. Then felt on edge with my muscles so had to take a strong painkiller and after long last I was able to relax and fall asleep. How was your day?
