I think a lot of it is to do with portion size and if any healthy snacks... oh been trying fasting for 2 days a week 1000 calories per day. I no it's not true fasting but it's helping me with weight lost and I always have a good dinner in the evening...
This app helps with what I eat too, oh no that's a bit too much I won't eat that, I'll have this lower points food instead lol . Had a 15 inch cheese pizza last week with my 2 days fasting and lost 4lb😀
