I am starting to realize that my body is craving exercise. I keep thinking about running and every time I start to get stressed or anxious all I can think about is going running to release the energy. I wonder if I should try a new workout routine that includes more running.

Yes you should, it is so good for you. I love listening to some good music on my mp3 player and walking/jogging. New routines are always good to trick your body into sheding some weight, too.
