Wow, these last couple of months have been so challenging! For the past three weeks I've been walking 5-6 miles in the mornings and going back to the gym 4/5 times a week. I'm back on a good diet, don't have time to record it here, I'm studying for my Real Estate License, so I stay focused on the workouts, diet and doing that. I hope all here are doing well. Remember, keep a calorie deficit. It's hard enough just breaking even for me lately. UGH. Positive attitude begets positive results. Love yourself more than that Snickers Bar - LOL
