So for the first time I weighed out the rice before dishing it out. Wasn’t much less than I normally have. As for the chilli it’s mainly tomatoes and baked beans with 100g of lean minced beef split between 2 of us there’s 1 small red pepper in there and 2 fresh chillis so although it looks a huge portion it’s pretty low in calories.

Looks can be deceptive 😁 as you say it looks like you’ve “Maxed Out” that plate but looks lovely 👍
