I'm jinxed! Everytime I go and re-start this whole eating healthy thing something happens. But I will not be side tracked, and I have to keep my mind in the game.
There is nothing I can do about things that happen no matter how bad they are or how much they disgust me to no end. That is not an excuse to grab that bag of chips and fill my body full of crap again.
To remain healthy I need to look at the overal picture of what I want to achieve and accomplish, knowing deep down that if I do not feel physically strong there is no way I can feel mentally strong either.
Basically I'm writing this just for me. Because it is only I that can change things. I have to deal with my food and what I eat, I have to force myself to xercise this body and mind, I, I, I, sounds so selfish and self absorbed. But at this moment that is how I am preparing to fight.

Side note: this is spurred on by the fact that I received bad news about my MIL that I had to relay on to my ex as nobody in his family deemed it important that he knew. :( :(

Oh no. I hope she is ok! Keep your head up. While others cannot force you to exercise and eat right, remember we are here to support you and help you through it. You don't have to go through it alone.
