I go it alone. So much out there on internet for free without having to pay for it  

Yeah decided to do it myself :) I’m too fussy to follow a plan someone else has made for me lol  

Was paying for them but stopped honestly best to weigh n calorie count n calculate yourself I found not all information given on food was accurate so it was better choice to go it alone on that reason alone plus watching sodium intake is different to calorie counting n harder 😓
