PROGRESS REPORT

BMI 25.07 (I started at 27.8)

The last time that I measured myself was June 12 so it's been a month and a half. I've lost a bunch of inches, and 5-6 lb depending on the time of the day that I weigh myself. Pretty cool to see progress like this. Overall I started at 175 (I lied about my start weight in the beginning...) So I'm down a total of 22 pounds. 15 lb to go... But I feel good about myself! Yes!
