Yes, it so motivated me to do a challenge with you guys. I still have to do a few days with the other challenge. I personally want to work to strengthen my arms and belly. I do the following arm exercises. I am open to new suggestions Arm exercises 1.I like to start with this video. I memorized the movements so I don't have to see it anymore :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tJPYlilrvtg 2: girls push-ups: 2 sets x 25 (see the following video,exercise #2) 3: pulley triceps extension 2 sets x 25, exercise #1 4: deltoid raise 2 sets x 25, exercise #7 https://www.healthline.com/health/fitness-exercise/how-to-get-rid-of-bat-wings#deltoid-raise For 3 and 4, I use the resistance band

I am in. Suggestion would be to keep keeping it not too long. Maybe add something for upper body... either with the leg or every other day. And Ashley I will be fine with whatever you decide. I love doing exercises with you guys

I like plank and body weight training. I have been training only my chest so far, so I will be training with my back from this month. ▽°|b✨

Okay friends. Sorry had a busy day Today, I will experiment with my workout in the morning and comment back here with some ideas focusing on all areas (booty, abs, and arms!)😍

Okay friends. Liv, I agree, that is why I love these challenges, because they are quick but also a great burn! Silkian- love the links, I was just able to watch them. Those are great! I also like plank and body weight training :) So I tried a few new moves out this morning, let me know what you guys think- I still did the 40x moving squats with 5lb dumbbells, then did high kicks 50x (targeted the abs when you kick up like a 90deg angle from your body. I will look for a link) Then went into donkey kicks as usual. Then I added in straight leg sit ups (legs straight up in the air- as much as you can, and arms reaching straight up to touch your toes) 40x or as many as you can! Then I did Seated oblique twists (seated on the floor almost in a V position with feet lifted off the floor, touching the floor on each side back and forth) 40x or as many as you can do. (I will look for a link if anyone needs) Then I did rotational planks (I will fink a link) 20x and girl push ups- as many as you can do! Ending with one minute of calf raisers. Basically just going up and down on your tippy toes. I would like to add in some of those arm ones silkian posted, maybe some arm circles :) So the run down- moving squats high kicks donkey kicks straight legged sit ups seated oblique twists rotational planks girl push ups calf raisers let me know what you guys think! I will post some links next:)

I'm a beginner for half a year of training. Plank training loads 10kg 5 minutes in total, including interval A total of 10 minutes of transverse abdominal workout Mainly doing push-ups a total of 50 to 100 times + lightening the load 100 to 200 times in total. Thanks to the beginner bonus, my chest increased by 8 cm in half a year. ▽°|b✨
