I have 3.8 more pounds to go until I hit my 240 pound goal....It seems as though I have hit a plateau. I need some encouraging words! Tips, advise, dos and donts..anything will help!

You are doing awesome!!! And I totally understand that sense of plateauing before hitting a new goal. Just remember that every day that you move a little more than you did in the past and every time you make a healthier food choice (either by item selection or portion size) you are on the right road for a healthier and happier you!

It really just takes one step at a time. You can do it!! Just keep doing what your doing and the weight will keep coming off!!
