Well what a bizarre eating day that was.
I decided as I lightly touch on the Slimming World method anyway that I'd do 1 solid week of it this week starting today.Kept the gumf from when I done it online a few yrs back.Yes, I know it will have been updated since but ay, it's just a guide.I decided to do the set week in this months mag.So, I had the scrambled egg on toast but without the mushrooms and tomatoes(forgot to buy) whoops, so had an extra egg. ;-) Lovely.Kept me going all morning, went shopping and the gym, came home and decided to have the lunch as an early tea.It was delish and very filling.It was a Mexican Chicken Salad.Was hot on the ole lips though-spicy!!
As I had tea early or lunch late I skipped the tea or I'd only now be eating it at 10pm.
The yoghurt with the fruit I had just because I thought I ought to if I'm honest other wise my calorie intake would have been around 900 for the day which really isn't good.I may wish to lose weight but want to stay healthy too! I have not even wanted or thought of any more or extra food.
