Ick! Today was the day of eating fast food garbage, I guess. I spent the afternoon and evening out on a photography expedition then in the darkroom, and I hadn't planned my eating beforehand, so it was catch as catch can. I'm still under my calorie goal, though.
On the flip side, my menu for this week looks to be 100% vegetarian, so getting the meat out of the way beforehand isn't so bad.
