It needed a small salad on the side. I think I am getting ill again as nothing tastes great. Even a takeaway today tasted bland. And yet I ate it... So disappointed in myself :( Allowing the day's frustrations to get to me.

I put no butter or spread. Just the ham and a slice of edam in each sandwich. But today I seriously messed up. Ate most calories at brunch. Big tears!
