Well, it is Monday and woke up with my lower back still a touch sore. I am going to rest today (have grocery shopping and some light housework to do today) and I HOPE tomorrow to start doing exercise (lightly) with stretching. Other than that, wasn't hungry this morning..had breakfast anyway..heat is making me lose my appetite.
