Monday.. Used to be dreaded yet now, not so much!

I have not been too disaplined doing my home exercises, but I have done a fair amount of walking although it does not make up for it and would be better if I was doing both I'm not too upset.

Yesterday was a good day, I left home around noon and did a steady walk down the main road. It includes several hills two of which are brutal because they are overpasses. The first one I encountered was the toughest, but I trudged on. I made it to the first part of my destination in just over an hour. Not the fastest I had walked it, but felt okay. Then it was another 1/2 mile to my friends place. Then over to mom's and back home.

My food was not the greatest because I feel victim to mom's homemade banana muffins. Not the healthiest things, but they are so good and she makes them on the small side. I was honest when I recorded what I ate! I seriously thought that the calories would add up to more, but thank goodness they didn't.

Today I have no idea what I am going to do. There is stuff around the apartment that needs my attention but really there is no way I want to stay indoors when it is gorgeous outside!

I might even do a weigh in, $10 says I weigh the same though!

Hey lady! Aww man muffins sound so good... Ah well, it's ok. I think every now and then we have to give a little and let it go. I hope you have fun in the good weather and get some good exercise in today! Big hugs!! :)

If it makes you feel any better, I went WAY over yesterday myself. Mostly with fruit, vegetables, and hummus so good foods but I still went over.
