Hubs thinks I'm starving myself. I'm not. Why do people go straight to judgements when your diet isn't a mirror reflection of their own?

Well your chart looks great! Some of your days your calories are very low. But as long as you only do that a short time, you should be fine. A multivitamin might be a good idea. Studies show that anything under 1200 a day for women and we can't get the nutrients we need.

A multivitamin sounds like a good idea. My mother always told me that they basically go right through you and you don't actually absorb the vitamins when you take them in pill form... It couldn't hurt though.
