You should try this: 1 oz of real 100% cranberry juice (not juice cocktail...but the real deal, you can find it in health food stores) mixed with seven oz of water. Do that once a day and it REALLY helps beat the bloat! I swear by it. Last month I even went down 3 lbs during my week!
Do that and keep to lots of dark, leafy greens and low sodium, and you'll be back on track in no time! :)
