I did not write yesterday which was weird. But then again it was a weird say.
We are in the middle of what I call a heat wave with warnings all over the place.
So I'm staying hydrated the best I can.

It's a new week and I have decided to continue my challenge with a few minor tweeks. I'm also fighting an extremely high stress level too. So that makes things abit more difficult.

Other then that, things are how they are for the time being.

Goal for the day.. Stay cool and don't pass out from the heat!
