Thanks. My carer made it for me following my advice. Better eat lunch early than waiting for an early dinner :) once I drop 10 kgs I will be able to do things for myself.

PS the redness on egg is from dye transfer. I had coloured some hard boiled eggs red for Easter as per the Greek custom. It is non toxic thankfully!
