Well, partially back down today, but something strange going on. I'm adding in yesterdays weight (152.4) but the catastrophic thing was that I was NOT in ketosis yesterday morning OR this morning.

Haven't eaten anything off plan but did eat an additional 3 oz of Swiss Cheese on Friday night. That was dessert, dinner was Grilled Chicken Rueben Salad, no croutons, no tomatoes, no carrots no dressing from McD's. Should have had less than 4 carbs and a diet coke.

Yesterday had nothing but 4 cups salad, 2 mugs coffee and Pork Ribeyes (eat your heart out anyone whose butcher doesn't cut them!!) and Grilled boneless, skinless chicken breasts. STILL not back in ketosis.

I didn't walk yesterday, just too hot, the weight could be salt, but the ketosis???? it simply isn't making sense. Wondering if my stix could be messed up? I'm absolutely horrified. Never had this issue before in my life.

Better be straightened out by tomorrow or I'll be in Nutzville somewhere!
