So, I weighed again this morning, and I lost the 0.7 I gained from the cruise, plus another pound! I think I was swollen from the 5 hour drive. So, I think I actually lost weight while on vacay!!!

I'm so pumped, I'm starting a 9 day push. Watching my points and my workouts. Anyone who wants to join me is more than welcome!



Update: It is now 730 pm and I still have a lot of points to spare...maybe I'll have a skinny cow for a treat! I'd forgotten how easy and fun eating right can be! I feel super full though...maybe it's all the zucchini I've had today...The Jicama wasn't very good. not as fresh as I would have liked, so I only had a bite. But I logged that bite for sure!!! Maybe I'll try some raw broccoli tomorrow for my snack.

Well, I gotta go workout on the Wii!

Tell me about your 9 day push. I decided this morning that I was going to be deligent between now and Thanksgiving with my points and activity level. I sometimes grab a bite without recording and on the flip side I sometimes take a walk or do 30 minutes on the Wii Fit and forget to record. I'd love the support and accountability. I'd love to join you, tell me what's next!

Congrats, you must be thrilled, I think of what you said you did on the cruise, Im away to Lanzarote on the 2nd Oct, plenty of hills there to walk and good long stretches of beach, Good on You

Karen, I'm going to be sure and record my food 100%, no mindless snacking - I have three snacks a day, but I need to focus on food during that time - and get at least 30 minutes of activity per day. I'm also cutting out fruit juices and sodas, sticking to tea and water.

Thanks for sharing. I'll do the same and try to stay between 18-22 points per day. I gotta have my one cup of coffee in the morniing and then it's water for the rest of the day. Maybe we can send progress reports to each other.
