I had a cold dose of reality yesterday. I went to the food bank. Something I do not see myself doing again anytime soon. Let me just say that I am grateful for the service being available to those in need. However due to my eating issues I can not eat 90% of the food that was given to me. But it will not be wasted as I am re-donating it. I feel so bad about this, but it's simply not worth getting sick again over it.

It's all going to be okay or so I keep telling myself because I will and can get through this. Thank goodness water is still free. :P

I'm so sorry that you aren't able to eat the food given to you. Maybe one day they will take into consideration the special diet needs some people require. I can't imagine how frustrating it is to be sensitive to so much food. I think it's great that you are re-donating it to someone who is in need though. Keep your head up. Things will get better.
