Wow this looks so pretty but hardly any calories in it. Don't know how some of you can manage such restraint.

If it looks yummy and tastes yummy, makes it easier! There were a few calories there as the kebab had a few chorizo slices on it too for flavour. Plus, I wanted a couple of gins last night so had to reduce calories elsewhere! 🙈☺

Ah now it makes sense! :) I once had a BBQ for mothers from school. One mum brought marinaded chicken kebabs that were out of this world. Her secret? MSG from soy sauce and a splash of pommegranate syrup along with the usual garlic and oregano. I have never tried chicken and chorizo but I bet it tasted good!
