I did crap yesterday. I had an off day. I did not pay attention to what I was eating, because I really didnt care. I have proved Im an emotional eater. If I want to sort my diet out I need to clear other stuff up first.
I was bombared by stuff at uni yesterday, and I just gave in and ate like there was not tommorrow. So many deadlines, alongside a few appointments for major work at the dentists. School vaccinations for my son, work, and a birthday party to organise. It's going to be a busy next few weeks. fun fun fun.
But today is a new day... yada yada yada.... I can feel sugar cravings coming on so I have had a fruit bar thing. Weigh in tomo, not looking forward to it... am sure I have put on. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
