What an absolute bummer yesterday was! First the stupid scale things, then the heat hit me hard again and knocked me on my ass! Then to top it all off I did the stupid mistake of looking for some more capri stretch pants that they had on sale at the GT boutique. Well I left that place almost in tears, I tried on smalls and mediums of various styles. I was too fat for the smalls and the mediums were too big, in the waist anyways. Now had the stupid things had a string I would have gotten away with it. but hell no!
I was between sizes before and hated it and once again it's happening. Damn it all.
Yes I'm in a sour mood!
However... I have found that my eating is improving and that I'm getting alittle more adventurous about my food. Pain in the ass to record, but oh well.
And I have been doing some home exercises according to the challenge. The weather tho has prevented me from doing a long ass walk, but that will change too.
Today rain or shine I am going to mom's and raid her garden of spinach and Swiss Chard, perhaps some fresh herbs and rubarb.
Okay that's it for me! May attempt another weigh in and bring out the measuring tape like my buddies suggested! Will update on that later!!
