trying to focus more attention towards exercise today. the weather has been really rainy and i actually feel more seasonal depression this summer than I did this past winter. so i have a rain coat! and i'm thinking about taking up jogging. it's something I've always wanted to do and I've never really gotten into it. I sometimes jog or run on trails while hiking. my goal, around the block! =) it would be a huge accomplishment for me.
