Feeling a little better today. Gonna try to make it to the gym this evening for some walking. I figure I should take advantage of the little extra energy I have before it disappears again. Continuing to watch what I eat, even though some of them aren't the healthiest choices, I adjust it by eating less. This way, I don't feel like I'm denying myself, but I also can control my intake. It's working for now, and better than nothing. :)
