I've been overweight + have been for a while. My weight always fluctuated around 140, and I couldn't get it to budge more that 5 pounds up or down. I've done exersizing, diets, binging, and fasting, but really struggle with consistancy. The ten pounds I suddenly gained during quarentine was a wakeup call and helped me realize that I DO have control over my body.

Working out by itself is a little difficult to maintain, so to keep myself interested, I switch it up with yoga, pillates, hiking, dancing, biking, and hitt+bodyweight exersizes- as well as anything with my dog.
Trying to be healthy, learn to love my body, and developing a consistent lifestyle. I want to be able to find a swimsuit that fits instead of how I wear my clothes in the water. And I want to be able to go on a run without having an athsma attack or feeling self-conscious and nervous.
I'm aiming to be vegan, and at this point, I have a heavily plant based+mainly vegan diet. I'm eating small, protein-dense meals+snacks, and aiming to loose the weight before I move as my anxiety will be bad enough with the change of enviornment.
