I feel really good today! I only gained about 3 lbs on vacation, so hopefully with a little exercise and eating right, I'll be fine! I ate a little more fat than I normally do yesterday, but all of the fat I had (except for the ground beef pretty much) is the good kind. It also feels good to go to the grocery store and get some food. I came back from vacation and didn't have any of my normal staples in the fridge. I'm having to cancel my Shakeology order for the time being though because it is so expensive!! I hope to start that up again once I become a little more financially stable!

Today, I'm hoping to get some working out done. I need to get out of this 'non-working out' rut that I'm in and get back on the horse. I know once I get started, I'll have more energy in the long run, but it's hard to get started when you feel so tired all of the time. Wish me luck!

3 pounds you can drop like nothing. And I know what you mean about being in an exercise rut.i am too. I think if I at least get back to stretching throughout the day it will help my motivation to exercise at night, it should keep my energy level up.

Stretching will definitely help, but maybe we should both consider switching it up! Do you have any workout DVD's or anything? Maybe you should make a dance playlist on your iPod and just dance your heart out for 20 or 30 minutes! I'm hoping to switch it up from walking with a workout DVD today :) Remember, variety is the spice of life!
