I just had my first yoga/pilates class (ever!) last night. I had trouble with some of the techniques, but hopefully that will improve over the course of the next few weeks. It is only a 6 week summer class (with 1x a week), but I intend on doing it more than that at home (if I can remember it). Right after the class I went to the grocery store and my muscles felt like jello walking around, but it was a feeling that I think I could get used to! :)
