I am desperate!! I just keep gaining and gaining. I am miserable and I lack focus--can't think, move, or do. The weight is fluctuating up to 4 lbs. in one day--that much water weight is horrible. I am cutting salt and drinking more decaf tea and water.

i have this same problem. i can gain 7lbs in one week and take it off the next. my biggest down fall is liking pasta salad, which is loaded with salt. i try to add more veggies, like cucumbers, squash, and green beans to all of my meals. It seems to help soak up the salt levels a little.

is homemade pasta salad also loaded with salt? Is there a way to cut it? Popcorn and salt are sooo linked; I am working on a way to reduce that salt. I need to up my veggies also...thank you for the comments.

i guess it depends on what type of pasta salad you eat. i find that making my own isn't as salty, less calories, and other stuff that sudden salad has in it. :( i love my pasta but switched to nuccini and cucumbers for a cold pasta salad and butter nut squash for hot pasta.
