I’m finding the same! But mine seems to be jumping my weight 😂 other day I was 69.9 then I went to 71 then I went back down to 70 lol and now I’m 70.1 ... it’s annoying being stuck hey? Especially when you feel your putting in the effort!

Hey aras78. No. Nothing different to what I’ve been doing for months except the past 2 weeks more exercise and a few more calories. And most days no alcohol. But it’s taken 2 weeks to shift the number

Hi Guys, I was reading your comments about the scale not moving, are you measuring your body as well? Muscle is heavier but smaller than fat. You could have lost fat but gained muscle, so the scale would be the same but clothes are looser. Just A thought

Hi Carina, no I haven't been measuring myself but I will start today. This might be what I need to keep me upbeat. I have been doing a lot of exercise on my cross trainer so hopefully it is the muscle building up. Thanks.

Could be ! Maybe ? I only walk I don’t pump weights or anything So not sure how much muscle is built from walking ???
