Hey! I hope you all are fine. I am only having 1 meal in a day but cannot lose weight. Any tips please? I will be grateful. And please tell me the reason!😊 wish you have a wonderful day!

Take 2-3 glass of water before starting to eat. This small tip help me alot.

Do not eat less. Your body needs energy to keep working. As a doctor, I’ve seen many patients doing the crash diet you will gain more weight instead

In morning, drink a glass of water with lemon. Eat more fruit and vegetables. Eat 4-5 times in a small portion instead of eating too much at once. Walk more and exercise

TBH, eating leas isn’t the solution, eating right is the only solution. Your body needs certain amount of Protein and Fiber to help you lose fat permanently, and if you’re not getting enough of those, you might get results, but that will be only due to water loss, and not the permanent Fat loss. may be ur metabolism is dead due to this less of eating... your body has gone to starvation mode...where its trying to save itself by keeping a hold on all the fats etc ur body already hv...eat fresh fruits and vegetables...drink a lot of water... activate ur metabolism...

1 day A meal is Nonsense it will slow down your metabolism to the point where your body will not burn. fat instead it will go for Mucsel.. that's you need to eat minimum 3 meals a day around 1500 - 2000 Cal's and combine cardio with weight training you will see results in days ✌️

It depends on how many calories is in your meal and how long it has been that’s why you are not loosing weight but still it is harmful you should go to least 1200 calories
