I have gained quite a few pounds also. It's tough when we have this extra supply of doomsday food that I never eat, just sitting here tempting me. she bought 8 bags of chocolates, and can I blame her? no! Not with what the news is claiming. Anyways, I have had to all in all skip dinner lately to curb any wait gain because of snacks. I'm tipping the scales at near 190 in the evening. If I see 190 than I will, well shit. who knows lately...

I used fork for the lettuce before j went crazy with the snacks.

Stress eating is awful, because the result just causes more stress. 😿

I'll confess, I did have a feeding frenzy with pretzel crisps yesterday. No fork.
