I'm excited to report that over my entire body I've lost at least an inch, and in some areas up to 2 inches since May 21 (22 days). The odd thing is that my weigh in at May 21 was 163, so I have only lost 4 lb since then. It must have been pure fat loss is my guess. Here are my measurements as of now.

Here are my current measurements as of today in inches:
bust 38
underbust 35
waist 31
stomach: 37
hips 38
thigh 21.5
ankle: just short of 9
Wrist: 6 and 2/8
neck 12.5
arm (bicep): 11

since last measurement (may 21)
bust 39" (-1 inch)
under bust 36" (-1 inch)
Waist 32" (-1 inch)
hips: 38.5"(+.5 inch)
neck 12.5 (same)
wrist 6" (+2/8 inch)
calf 14" (-1 inch)
Thigh 24 (-2.5 inch)

TOTAL INCHES LOST:
Waist: 4 inches
under my bust: 6 inches (WTF!)
Hips: 4 inches

How do you do it to loose weight evenly? I only loose weight from my belly and face nothing else goes!

you know, I haven't really thought about it. I lose weight in my stomach last which is a pain so consider yourself lucky!

I'm trying to loose fat from my inner thighs but I just don't see anything happening to that area of my body only my stomach and face! When I gain weight it's only in my stomach and face and when I loose it those are the only things to go! By the way where are you from?

Do a squats! I'm serious, you'll tone up your thighs really well. They will hurt at first, but since you're doing insanity I think they'll be included in the workout. I'm from U.S.A., midwest. Where are you from?

Yes the squats are included in insanity and it hurts haha but it will be well worth it. It's just very hard to keep up with it but I'm doing it at my own pace.

It won't hurt forever. I looked up insanity workout and it was really expensive. Is it worth it?

Yes it is very worth it because it targets all your muscle in your body and helps tone them as well. I actually purchased insanity for $65 through eBay! But it is very expensive I got lucky and purchased it for cheap I think. I'm actually feeling too lazy today to do it so that means tomorrow I have to do the video for today and tomorrow.

According to your measurements, I think we are about the same size. I am starting P90 with my boyfriend. I've heard great things about it. I am a type 1 diabetic and it is so hard to lose weight for me, unless I get sick. I want to be healthy and also lose weight naturally and keep it off while my bg stays at a good level. Good luck on your journey!

Thanks, Hdm! Please let me know how p90 goes. Did you purchase it, and if so was it expensive? I've been looking into the 'extreme home workouts' and they're all about 100$, but I'd like to get a deal on it. I did find "Insanity" workout on the pirate bay, but I've been a little lazy to start it. Does your boyfriend enjoy working out? It'll definitely help to have him there for support.

He bought it a long time ago. Lol. I think it was expensive. We are going to also try shakeology. it is like $130 for a month I think. We are gonna split the cost and try it out. I'll ask him how much it was. Probably around $100 too. Costs money to be healthy. Lol
