I am so angry! My daughter did not wrap my legs for two consecutive days and they have swollen so much. The fluid retention is making my legs heavy. Also I have been severely constipated and last night my tummy was incredibly swollen and hard. This has resulted in showing an increase of weight which is not true and although I know it, it still makes me feel like I am rubbish at dieting. (Also have been over my calories a bit but that was to be expected as I had a lot of undercalorie days.) Fingers crossed by Monday I have shown a good loss of weight.
