The biggest thing is to ignore people when they say you are losing too much, you need to eat more. That's what stopped me losing. Not buying candy was another huge thing 🤣

oh, and in the beginning I ate a ton of celery. my stomach was graving so much to fill it and had to fill it "air". celery, popcorn... carrots. anything with low calories per volume.

Thanks guys! 🤗 D, yeah, that shall be next. @vella, cico indeed was the way for me. I didn't always keep to my limits but at the end of the day I always knew why I wasn't or was losing.
