ubi kukus dihancurin dan diuleni sm sdkt tepung tapioka, opsi:bs ditambahin gula, vanili & mentega dikit. Uleni smp rata trus dibentuk ( caranya adonan digulung trus dipotong lalu dirapiin/dipadetin) biar gak kepyar pas digoreng, gulung2kan lg di tepung tapioka, baru digoreng. Dah jadi... :)
