Does anyone know of good cures for PMS? I mean, I know there's no "cure" but a good treatment would be helpful right now. I just generally feel miserable today. My weight is up because I'm retaining water but I know it's not actually fat since I had to make a tighter notch in one of the belts I've been wearing. I also zipped myself into my old size 17 jeans that haven't fit in like a year and a half. They're way too tight to wear but I couldn't even pull them UP in July so that's freaking amazing in my book. For laughs, I measured my waist last night and it's down a little over a quarter of an inch since the start of the month. I'm not going to bother with full measurements until October but there's no way that I lost inches and gained fat at the same time - it's really not possible. I'm just in a bad mood since I'm tired, hungry, and sore. Is there any kind of herbal thing that can ease some of this or like magic foods to make things better? I'm taking some pamprin but I know a lot of my buddies are into organic/natural stuff so maybe one of you knows something I can try?

I'm going to do something rare for me now and take a nap. I think I probably DID get enough sleep but I'm just kinda feeling like crap and exhausted and I hope this'll help. So far, sunlight didn't help much nor did caffeine. Going out tonight to this speed dating thing - I don't expect anything to happen since I went to speed dating before at the same venue and it kinda sucked but I got a chance to go for free, it's nearby and I'm obviously not going to meet anyone if I don't get out there.

No sorry I would like to know that also. My cycle is all messed up. And I feel bloated and fat lots. But I see that you have some amazing affirmations. And the size 17 jeans!!!! YAHOOOOO Trying to drink lots of water as that makes me potty the excess weight off or just makes me potty more it feels like :)Keep youre head in the game the rest will follow.

The only thing I have heard of is dark chocolate (70% cocoa or better).

Oh I do need to clarify that the jeans are really freaking tight, but they zipped! I wasn't even able to get them up for the last year. Apparently a dose of pericolace, water and a lot of cheese helped move things along so to speak but yeah, still feeling kinda crappy. The nap helped though :)
