Finally got back into the habit of recording my calorie intake- it seems the only way for me to lose weight is to be accountable for every single calorie. I have also had to change up my exercise routine- every now and then I gotta shake things up. I'll never change my Kenpo Karate Base, as i am whole heartedly addicted, but i will have to remember to change up my additional exercise. ( I am really enjoying bicycling currently even if I don't log every ride)
