Rain rain go away!
Rainy days bum me out !
Weight steady. Changed my goal weight finally to the elusive 160.
Will be traveling next week for work. ugh Must stay away from the margaritas! :)
All else status quo.

I love your attitude! I saw an interesting show on loosing the last bit to reach your goal. It is more difficult than shedding those first few pounds as you well know. I want you to know that I will be sending some kick-butt vibes in your direction ok....go get em...I just know you can do it! (rain, rain??I used to live in Seattle, now Im in the desert, I love the sun! Come join us here!) Go get 'em girl!

send the rain my way!!! we BADLY need it!! Water restrictions are getting worse...our wonderful parks on our lakes look like swamps. it is very sad. i will share my sun with you if i can borrow some of your rain!!
