Hi everyone This week has been awsome....I have really kicked my butt and I can feel all the walking in my legs and butt. Today it is horrible outside (pouring down rain) and mother nature has called upon me so I wont be doing my normal walk but i do have a glider machine so i will be going on for a bit this evening. I have been working really hard at drinking lots of water and am so excited to weigh in Friday morn to see how much i have accomplished. I hope everyone is being successful! Take Care
