Pretty new here. I like it so far. Tracking my calories and getting the sense of what needs changed. Tracking is making me much more conscious of how often I used to graze/pick up food. I’m already in the mindset that food is for fuel, eat when I feel hungry not bored or other emotion. I’ve stopped sampling when I’m packing my oldest daughters lunch. I’m gently turning down the little snacks from my youngest daughter who loves to feed people. I ask for a hug instead. I’m encouraged by this app and excited to use it. I discovered the groups feature but I haven’t found any that seem currently active. I want to follow more people and get more people to follow me. I need all the support and encouragement I can get.If y
