Well, the sugar free jello is back, the diet coke is still limited to ONE ROUTE 44 a week, but the weight loss stops. I think I'll reduce the calorie count and up the diet jello. Quite frankly, it's the jello that keeps me sane in the miserable head and humidity. I think it'll be worth the trade in calories to keep it. IF dropping the calorie count doesn't do it, then I'll stop the SF jello once again, just to prove that I'm right.
Remember, I have diet cranberry juice that I can transform into non-aspartame SF Jello. Won't overlap the two and should probably leave at least 72 hours of nothing before a changeover. Just trying to decide what to do, if anything, or just wait it out.
