Had fun trying to “present” my food this morning. Bottom layers is raisin and almond granola, 0% fat yogurt, strawberries, banana, topped with chia seeds! It actually makes it so that every spoon full has a piece of every ingredient... Happy hump day!

Thank you! It’s lovely, really filling as well. Eat eat at around 8am and don’t need a snack, I can go straight till lunch

Eggs, beans, tomatoes, fat free yogurt is really low calories with different fruits. For snacks, I eat bananas, apples, carrot sticks with humous. But you should eat what you enjoy eating, diets don’t work if you force yourself to eat food you don’t enjoy x
