It's MONDAY, weekends over and it's time to get back on track. I'm making a pot of ww soup right now for the week, and I'm GOING to see my scale go down this week. I determined that instead of low points icecreams or cookies I did much better at loosing eating the fruits and veggies and the soup for lunch each day, so that's my game plan for this week. I'm up 2 pounds, so it should be back to normal tomorrow 187-185. That way by Friday 184, that's my plan.

Hang it there! You sound just like me - but this time the low carb didn't work very well - only 2 lbs in 2 weeks. That's why we're back to WW & definitely keeping track of points religiously. Your husband sounds like mine; but - he'll follow the WW plan if I make it interesting enough. Another plus - we both like veggies. Good luck!

Gee, if you do what you say you're going to for the week, you'll make your Friday goal easily. I wish my graph looked like yours.
