It's MONDAY, weekends over and it's time to get back on track. I'm making a pot of ww soup right now for the week, and I'm GOING to see my scale go down this week. I determined that instead of low points icecreams or cookies I did much better at loosing eating the fruits and veggies and the soup for lunch each day, so that's my game plan for this week. I'm up 2 pounds, so it should be back to normal tomorrow 187-185. That way by Friday 184, that's my plan.
